Five new Doctors "Honorary" from the University of Extremadura

April 4, 2019. The University of Extremadura conferred honorary doctorates upon five professors, nominated by the Faculty of Sciences. The auditorium of the Badajoz campus hosted this solemn ceremony, during which the university community celebrated the appointment of the new doctors on the 50th anniversary of the Faculty of Sciences. The five professors recognized for their outstanding careers, teaching, and research are: Nikolay Yanev, José Luis Sotelo, Giorgio Parisi, Alberto Fernández, and Jesús Ávila de Grado.
