On September 6, 2017, the University of Extremadura inaugurated the 2017/2018 academic year at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in Badajoz. The inaugural lecture was given by Vicente Mellado Jiménez, Professor of Didactics of Experimental Sciences at the Faculty of Education.
